Atermes, a French industrial group with over 35 years of experience and close to 150 employees, specialized in the design and production of high-technology systems for defense, transportation and aerospace (NSPA, THALES, MBDA, KNDS, SAFRAN, MATRA…), announces the acquisition of ProovStation, a leading player in AI-powered automated vehicle inspection (130+ stations deployed across 16 countries).
This transaction creates the only player in the world capable of mastering the entire value chain of vehicle inspection, from AI R&D to industrial manufacturing. It strengthens ProovStation's ability to deploy its solutions internationally and to accelerate value creation for its clients.
The natural outcome of an 8-year industrial partnership
Atermes is not a newcomer. For the past 8 years, the group has engineered, industrialized and manufactured ProovStation's scanners at its French production site. This acquisition is the natural outcome of a long-standing strategic partnership: a trusted industrial partner becomes a fully committed shareholder.
For ProovStation's clients and partners, this continuity guarantees zero disruption: same team, same technology, same contractual commitments.
The new legal entity will be named ProovStation International. The ProovStation brand itself remains unchanged.

ProovStation now controls its entire value chain: artificial intelligence R&D, next-generation scanner design, industrial manufacturing, international deployment and operational maintenance.
